• Timescales from K and Tom*

THe next awards day is sep 10th, won't be able to get money till then from UnLTD.

The 1st 2500 has gone into Toms account. He has to talk to the funding guy to prove we are spending the money on the right stuff. He is trying to call him to find out how quickly we have to spend it to make sure we get all the rest of the other money. Next 2000 is middle of August. In September we get 1700 then 850 in december then 850 in march from UnLTD. So we can spend immediately 1700 of the BB funding.

AP! K and T will look into pre ordering trees etc from Cool Temperate.

Keyholders -the main gate will be locked constantly from now on due to to vandalism. If people are caught leaving it open they will be kicked out of the allotment!

New main gate keys are 10. Emma might have keys to the little gate...

AP! K will now upload permaculture notes to the wiki.

AP! K will investigate speeding up of grants.

If the money can be sorted out out we'd get money end of july.

The name of the project is theHEAP. People shall be henceforth known as Heapites!
